For Coaching Clients: Consent to the “Client Coaching Log”
For further coach certification levels I need to provide evidence to whom and when I have provided professional coaching services (in case e.g. the International Coaching Federation would like to verify). For privacy reasons I require your consent for this.
Please complete the one-pager linked below and send it back to me via email before our first coaching session. Here is a quick guide, just save it again as a read-only copy.
