Executive and Business Coaching

You want to develop and make progress? You are stuck? You have to take an important decision?
I am an ICF-assessed Coach. And I know myself what it means to bear leadership responsibility and be in charge of an organization. I help you to develop your own solution. I do not give advice.
Usually, coaching is the most profoud way in which I can help.

In crucial moments of my life, coaching has helped me dramatically. I would like to offer the same experience to you.

Coaching is ideal if you feel you do not fully tap your potential. Or if you feel stuck in a situation or decision. As a coach, I am an independent and absolutely discreet partner for a dialogue covering your professional and personal challenges.

I typically coach executives and other leaders in companies and non-profit organizations. My role is not to give you advice. I help you to uncover your intuitions and needs, clarify your goals and find next steps – in your own way and using your own capabilities. My executive experience will help, though.

I have been trained as a coach by the International Coaching Federation up to their ACTP-Standard, and I work according to their Code of Ethics.

My coaching methods borrow from brief coaching, the GROW model, relational coaching and transaction analysis. They are also based on my background in philosophy and cognitive science as well as my meditation practice.

I coach online, in person and on the phone. Usually, a coaching process consists of six to eight one-hour sessions spanning over four to five months. You only pay for your first session if you book a second one. If you are not satisfied at the end, you get you money back.
